Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if requested before the order ships.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please note that delivery times may vary for these locations.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
